Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized orders
Items damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it with the same product.
